Apple Enchiladas

**Delicious and VERY easy**

10-12 flour tortillas
2 cans apple pie filling
½ cup butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup water

Fill each tortilla with a good size scoop of apple pie filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon and roll up, placing into a 9 x 13 pan. Boil sugar, brown sugar, butter and water in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Pour over tortillas and allow to set on the counter for 25 minutes. Bake at 350* for another 25 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
