1 can Black Beans
1 can rotel
In a sauce pan, combine a can of black beans and drained rotel. Spoon into flour tortillas, sprinkle with cheese, sour cream and salsa--enjoy! For my son, I just do a quesadilla.
It doesn't get any easier than this!
